Military Ball
Contact name will be considered the signed signature of this contract.
In the event that the event is cancelled the photographer MUST be contacted at least 24 hours before the scheduled event otherwise there will be a fee of $800 to cover employee expenses. All other event cancellations will not be charged.
It is our Policy here at Kane Studios to have a written contract for any photography work done.
All Event images will be printed on site.
It is the responsibility of the event booking us to provide us with adequate place to set up our photograhy studio. We request to have a room with controlled lighting (to keep from having to make lighting adjustments with our camera)
It is also our policy to give our customers the jpg of anything that we shoot. Therefore all jpg will be posted on this website soon after the event. (This applies to any photographs taken with a studio set up at your location) You are only allowed to copy YOUR image. I will post the copy release along with the images.
Even though we are giving you the copyrights to the image we do not allow you to take pictures with cell phones or your own personal cameras during our photo shoots.
We will give each of our customers at least one photo take over if needed. We want all our customers to like their photos.
Kane Studios will begin shooting at the Event Two hours before the Event actually begins. For those of you wishing to come early for photography we welcome you. We will remain on the premises until the event is over for those that prefer waiting until later during the program.
All Photography Prints can be purchased with credit cards, with debit cards, tap, apple pay, cash app or cash. We accept Mastercard or Visa & Discover.

All Military Balls over 20 miles from Ft. Hood will be charged a $150 travel fee + parking fees if applicable. Anything over 20 miles will be charged $200 if we are pulling the 12ft. trailer. If a site survey is necessary before the event, there would be an extra charge of $50.
Absolutely NO OTHER PROFESSIONAL PHOTOGRAPHY business present if you want to hire us. We do not charge for set up and spend a lot of time setting up a professional photography studio at your event. Photo booths do cut into our profits. Thank You for being understanding.
When booking us please make sure that we have a room large enough for two 10x20 backdrops. The room should have no windows or few windows as we use constant lighting to shoot our photos. Hallways are not acceptable. If you are having a small ball and only need one backdrop then the room does not have to accommodate two backdrops. If accommodations are not met contract is void.
We print on location with EVENT PRINTERS. All images are printed with dye sublimation printers and are laminated. This means that the color printed will remain the same in 20 + years from now. All prints are inserted in a classic black folder and plastic sheeting to ensure safekeeping.
We also sell frames and folios as alternative options. Our packages begin @ $20. We accept credit cards, tap, apple pay, cash app and cash. We upload all images within 3 days of the event for download along with the pdf. giving the copyrights that will print a 5x7. We also sell the HIGH RESOLUTION at the ball for those wanting to get a larger print. when purchasing the high resolution at the ball we include another 5x7 print in a magnet. If any of you decide later than you do want the high resolution we can sell it to you online for $20 to cash app. We send you the large file via email.
Once you send us the contract and we return a text to you or an email you will be in our calendar.
We do not photograph inside of your ball as a freelance photographer. We strictly do formals.
There will be NO CHARGE for ANY cancellation for any Military Ball. ( As long as you give us 24 hour notice of the cancellation.) Failure to notify us will result in a cancellation charge of $800.
